By purchasing this service, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

Provider (Barb Miller, Kickstart Creatives) will create five (5) AI-generated headshots using reference images submitted by Client.

Package includes up to two (2) different environments/backgrounds and up to two (2) rounds of revisions.

Final images will be delivered digitally in high-resolution format.

Delivery date will be agreed upon in advance.

Client must submit all required materials (intake form, reference photos, etc.) by the agreed deadline to avoid delays.

Client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final images for personal or commercial purposes (websites, social media, print, advertising, etc.).

Provider retains the right to use final images for promotional purposes (portfolio, marketing, social media) with appropriate credit if Client is publicly identifiable.

Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any platform or advertising rules.

Total fee is $495, due in full at the time of purchase.

If a usable likeness cannot be achieved after the first draft, Provider may, at their discretion, refund a portion of the fee if requested prior to final delivery.

AI results may vary. Provider will make reasonable efforts to achieve likeness, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Liability is limited to the amount paid under this agreement.

Any confidential business or brand information shared will remain private and not be disclosed to third parties.

Provider is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Client.

This purchase is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
